1.Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa na rzecz Zamawiającego przez Wykonawcę 3 sztuk fabrycznie nowych, karetek/ambulansów wraz z wyposażeniem dla Kociewskiego Centrum Zdrowia Sp. o.o. w Starogardzie Gdańskim. 2.Opis przedmiotu zamówienia stanowi Załącznik Nr 1 do SWZ. 5.Wykonawca zobowiązany jest zrealizować zamówienie na zasadach i warunkach opisanych w OPZ stanowiącym Załącznik Nr 1 do SWZ oraz w projektowanych postanowieniach umowy stanowiących Załącznik Nr 9.
