Die Verkehrs- und Tarifverbund Stuttgart GmbH nimmt im Verbundgebiet Aufgaben des öffentlichen Personennahverkehrs wahr. Die VVS GmbH beabsichtigt mit dem vorliegenden Verfahren die Neuausschreibung von AFZS-Sensoren für Verkehrsunternehmen und deren ÖPNV-Aufgabenträger im Bereich des Regierungspräsidiums Stuttgart sowie des Landkreises Calw. Die entsprechenden Zählsensoren sind fahrzeugseitig um Steuer- und Kommunikationsmodule einschließlich Steuerungssoftware ergänzt. Dabei übernimmt die VVS GmbH die Ausschreibung, um so Effizienzen, Skalen und Synergieeffekte durch die Zusammenlegung zu nutzen. Der Rahmenvertrag bildet die Grundlage für die durch die im Regierungsbezirk Stuttgart sowie Landkreis Calw ansässigen Verkehrsunternehmen sowie deren ÖPNV-Aufgabenträger zu schließenden Einzelverträge. Der Umfang der vom AN zu erbringenden Leistungen ergibt sich aus den Vergabeunterlagen. Geschätzte Abnahmemenge: 483 Fahrzeugausstattungen, Höchstabnahmemenge: 966 Fahrzeugausstattungen.
