Възложителят класира участниците, въз основа на Общата цена от ценовото предложение. Същата се формира като сума от произведенията на прогнозните количества и съответните единични цени, предложени от участниците. Общата цена служи само и единствено за целите на оценката на офертите и класирането на участниците, въз основа на прогнозираните от възложителя количества. Договорът ще се сключи по единични цени. Офертите на участниците се класират във възходящ ред. На първо място се класира участникът с най-ниска предлагана обща цена.
