La présente consultation porte sur un marché global de performance (MGP) Ce marché associe en un contrat unique les prestations de conception, de réalisation et d'exploitation-maintenance, afin de remplir des objectifs chiffrés de performance énergétique et technique sur la durée du contrat. Le présent marché porte sur la requalification du site du groupe scolaire Paul-Langevin situé 5 rue du Docteur Léonce Basset à Saint-Ouen-sur-Seine (93400), dans le périmètre du Nouveau Programme National de Renouvellement Urbain (NPNRU) du quartier Vieux Saint-Ouen.
