Stavebný zámer rieši modernizáciu existujúceho objektu SO04 – COVaP a výstavbu nového objektu SO05 – Budova vzdelávacieho a prezentačného centra, ktoré spolu vytvárajú funkčne prepojený vzdelávací celok. Objekty sú stavebne prepojené závetrím na SPŠ technickej na Hviezdoslavovej ulici č. 6 v Spišskej Novej Vsi.
