Le présent accord-cadre a pour objet la vérification, l'entretien, le maintien en bon état de fonctionnement et la remise en état des matériels de restauration collective équipant la Cuisine Centrale, le Restaurant Municipal, le CFA, ainsi que les offices des écoles, centres aérés de la Commune, des foyers logements et crèches du Centre Communal d'Action Sociale de la Ville, et tout autre site éventuel. Le présent marché est passé par un groupement de commande. Il est donc conclu, au profit de chacun des membres du groupement, à savoir la Ville de Salon de Provence, le CCAS de la Ville de Salon de Provence et le Centre de Formation des Apprentis de Salon de Provence (CFA). Conformément à la convention, chaque membre du groupement exécute financièrement le marché, pour la part le concernant. Le présent accord-cadre comporte deux missions définies comme suit : Mission 1 faisant l'objet d'un forfait : L'entretien préventif. Mission 2 faisant l'objet de bons de commande : Entretien curatif
