The Contracting Authority proposes to engage in a competitive process for the establishment of a Multi-Party Framework Agreement with two (2) Lots, which will be used to meet our requirements for all of University of Galway Audio Visual recording, streaming and media production requirements of special events hosted in (or by) the University arising during the life of the frameworks. Lot 1 - Specialist Technical Support for the audio-visual, recording, streaming and media production requirements for Corporate Public Proceedings (Physical and hybrid (physical and virtual)) Lot 2 - Specialist Technical Support for the audio-visual, recording, streaming, and media production requirements for High Profile Public Proceedings (Physical and hybrid (physical and virtual)) The framework agreements will be established as a multi-party framework agreement for each Lot with a maximum of three (3) of members in each Lot, subject to that number meeting the minimum criteria and rules. Tenderers may apply for one Lot or for both Lots. Tenderers may be admitted to the framework for one Lot or for both Lots if they ranked in the top 3 in one or both Lots. Interested parties must associate their company with the competition by logging on to eTenders to access the documents.
