Limiti po štetnom događaju kod osiguranja od izvanugovorne javne odgovornosti prema trećim osobama i vlastitim radnicima predstavljaju gornju granicu osigurateljeve obveze po štetnom događaju. Naručitelj je u troškovniku odredio minimalni limit osiguranja po štetnom događaju i minimalni agregatni limit, a ponuditelj će prilikom dostave ponude navesti limit osiguranja koji je u mogućnosti ponuditi, a prema navedenim varijantama i sve u skladu sa Dokumentacijom o nabavi. Ponuditelj odabranu varijantu limita po štetnom događaju i agregatnog limita upisuje u troškovnik na za to predviđeno mjesto, a odabrana varijanta (Varijanta 1 ili Varijanta 2 ili Varijanta 3) treba biti jednaka za sve pojedinačne naručitelje. Dakle, ponuditelj u predviđena mjesta, za sve pojedinačne naručitelje upisuje ili Varijantu 1, koja predstavlja minimalni limit osiguranja po štetnom događaju i minimalni agregatni limit ili Varijantu 2 ili Varijantu 3 gdje za sve pojedinačne naručitelje upisuje limite koji se u Troškovniku navode pod Varijantom 2 ili Varijantom 3 . Nije moguće za određene Naručitelje primijeniti Varijantu 1, a za druge Varijantu 2 ili Varijantu 3. Ovaj kriterij ne primjenjuje se na Dom za starije osobe Labin.

Naručitelj je u troškovniku odredio da je minimalni zahtjev naručitelja V1 da se jedna ( prva) šteta po kasku obračunava bez franšize dok se kod ponude u opciji V2 dvije štete po kasku ( prva i druga) obračunavaju bez franšize. Ponuditelj će prilikom dostave ponude obračunati premiju sukladno odabranoj varijanti ponude, sve u skladu sa Dokumentacijom o nabavi.
