Achizitia este necesara pentru mărirea și modernizarea parcului de utilaje si are ca obiectiv creșterea capacității de sortare, manipulare si transport a masei lemnoase, pentru îndeplinirea obligațiilor impuse de legislația silvică privind valorificarea masei lemnoase.
