Ο προϋπολογισμός δημοπράτησης του έργου ανέρχεται σε 17.741.935,49 Ευρώ και αναλύεται σε: Δαπάνη Εργασιών 12.428.883,59€ Γενικά έξοδα και Όφελος εργολάβου (Γ.Ε.+Ο.Ε.) 2.237.199,05€ Απρόβλεπτα (ποσοστού 9% επί της δαπάνης εργασιών και του κονδυλίου Γ.Ε.+Ο.Ε.) 1.319.947,44€ που αναλώνονται σύμφωνα με τους όρους του άρθρου 156 παρ. 3. (β) του ν. 4412/2016. Απολογιστικά 590.000,00 € ΑΕΚΚ 500.000,00€ Στο ανωτέρω ποσό προβλέπεται αναθεώρηση στις τιμές ποσού 665.905,41€ σύμφωνα με το άρθρο 153 του ν. 4412/2016. Δεν προβλέπεται ρήτρα πρόσθετης καταβολής, σύμφωνα με το άρθρο 149 του ν. 4412/2016 .
