La présente consultation est passée par appel d'offres ouvert conformément aux articles R.2124-2 et R.2161-2 à R.2161-5 du Code de la commande publique (CCP). Les prestations sont à lot unique et feront l'objet d'un accord-cadre multi-attributaires à émission de bons de commande sans montant minimum et avec un montant maximum en application de l'article R. 2162-4 2° du Code de la Commande Publique. L'accord-cadre démarre à la notification pour une durée de 12 mois avec possibilité de le reconduire 3 fois pour la même durée. Les prix seront révisés annuellement dans les conditions fixées dans le CCAP.
