Ponuditelj mora osigurati jamstveni rok od najmanje 1 godine od primopredaje i stavljanja u punu funkciju isporučene robe. Dodatni bodovi se dodjeljuju prema dužini ponuđenog jamstvenog roka većoj od minimalno tražene. Puštanjem u punu funkciju smatra se dan potpisa Zapisnika o konačnoj primopredaji od kojeg se računa jamstveni rok. U jamstveni rok ulaze svi dijelovi (hardware) i programske podrške (software) potrebni za punu funkciju predmeta nabave. Jamstveni rok uključuje redovno i korektivno održavanje. Odaziv na servis i utvrđivanje kvara najkasnije u roku 24 sata od trenutka poziva. Jamstvo ne uključuje mehanička oštećenja i oštećenja nastala nepropisnom upotrebom.
