Original TED description
Der Landkreis Passau beabsichtigt gemeinsam mit der Gemeinde Neustift im Mühlkreis die Freizeitanlagen am Rannasee, die vor über 40 Jahren als Freizeit- und Naherholungsgebiet geschaffen wurden und als touristischer Anziehungspunkt in der bayerisch-österreichischen Grenzregion wirkt, neu zu gestalten. Durch eine Restrukturierung der Freizeit- und Erholungsflächen mit einer ansprechenden Gestaltung der Uferbereiche sollen identitätsstiftende Aufenthaltsbereiche für die Freizeitanlagen des größten Badesees des Bayerischen Waldes geschaffen werden. Es sollen Angebote für nachhaltigen Tourismus bei einer Verbesserung der bestehenden Infrastruktur und der Aufenthaltsqualität um den See hergestellt werden, darunter insbesondere ein neues Gastronomiegebäude für die Anlage am Seeufer. Die Maßnahme wird durch das Programm INTERREG VI - A Bayern-Österreich 2021-2027 der Europäischen Union gefördert.
