OG Haus A1 und Haus A2) besteht ein Gestaltungs-, Raum- und Ausstattungskonzept in Abstimmung mit dem Verband der Privaten Krankenversicherung e.V. (PKV). Anzubieten sind daher bei den betreffenden Gewerken der Technischen Ausrüstung aufgrund dieses Konzeptes bestimmte Produkte (siehe auch etwaige Hinweise bzw. Angaben in den Ausschreibungsunterlagen). Allgemeine elektrische Installationen inkl. Sicherheitstechnik. Hierzu gehören Erweiterung der Sicherheitsbeleuchtungsanlagen, Blitzschutzanlage, Behördenfunkanlage und Brandmeldeanlage. Erweiterung einer Lichtrufanlage. Erweiterung des strukturierten EDV Netzes. Es sind Installationsarbeiten für Fremdgewerke (z.B. Kabelzug MSR, Kabelzug HLS Gewerke) auszuführen. Austausch einer abgängigen Gebäudehauptverteilung im laufenden Krankenhausbetrieb. Die Arbeiten sind in mehreren Bauabschnitten auszuführen.
