Der 2. BA der Förderschule 53 (Comeniusschule) beinhaltet die brandschutztechnische Ertüchtigung und umfangreiche Sanierung des Bestandsgebäudes (inkl. Erneuerung aller Sanitärbereiche, Ersatz von Bodenbelägen, Malern aller Wände) sowie die Errichtung eines Erweiterungsbaus an der nord-westlichen Giebelseite des Gebäudes. Die Grundfläche des viergeschossigen Ensembles beträgt etwa 65,0 m x 16,5 m. Folgende Leistungen sind zu erbringen: - Verlegung von 540 m² Linoleum im neuen Gebäudeteil - Abbruch von ca. 1.100 m² Linoleumbelag/100m² Teppichboden im Bestandgebäude - Neuverlegung von ca. 1.200 m² Linoleum im Bestandsgebäude - Inkl.
