Im Rahmen der netzweiten Erhöhung des Brandschutzes planen die Stadtwerke München GmbH mit dem Bahnhof-Paket Nr.:7 die Ertüchtigung der Bahnhöfe Messestadt Ost, Messestadt West, Am Hart und Frankfurter Ring. Die Maßnahmen basieren auf bahnhofspezifischen Brandschutzkonzepten und umfassen im Wesentlichen folgende Leistungen. 1. Einbau von mindestens feuerhemmenden, bodentiefen Einhausungen vor den Treppenaufgänge der Bahnhöfe. In den Einhausungen werden Türen (feuerhemmend, rauchdicht und selbstschließend) vorgesehen, welche bei Ansprechen der Rauchmelder automatisch schließen. 2. Rauchschürzen 3. Galerieverglasung bzw. Trennwand inkl. Türanlagen zur Rauchdichten Abtrennung zum Bahnsteig 4. Einbau einer elektroakustischen Lautsprecheranlage inkl. automatischer Sprachansage (ELA-AS) in den jeweiligen Bahnhöfen inkl. Aufschaltung auf die Brandmeldeanlage. 5. Anpassung der Bestandsverkleidung (z.B. Deckenverkleidung), der Sicherheitstechnik, der Beleuchtung und der Signaletik.
