Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa średniego samochodu ratowniczo-gaśniczego. Pojazd oraz zamontowane na nim wyposażenie muszą być fabrycznie nowe, nieużywane, nieuszkodzone, nieobciążone prawami osób trzecich, pierwszej jakości. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia, określający wymagania minimalne postawione przez Zamawiającego dotyczące przedmiotu zamówienia zawarte są w załączniku nr 1 do SWZ: „Opis przedmiotu zamówienia” oraz 1A do SWZ: "Opis zamówień opcjonalnych", a szczegółowe warunki realizacji w załączniku nr 7 do SWZ: "wzór umowy".
