Předmětem plnění je dílo, spočívající v sanačních pracích, jejichž účelem je odstranění kontaminace benzenem v lokalitě Hustopeče nad Bečvou, vzniklé v důsledku havárie nákladního vlaku, převážejícího benzen ze dne 28.02.2025, v jejímž důsledku uniklo do životního prostředí cca 300 tun benzenu, a to provádění činností specifikovaných v zadávací dokumentaci.
