Verwiegung) des vom Auftraggeber oder einem von diesem benannten Dritten in der Stadt Halver erfassten Altpapiers aus Haushalten (kommunale Sammlung); - Gegebenenfalls Umschlag und Übergabe von Teilmengen des übernommenen Altpapiers an vom Auftraggeber benannte Dritte (z. B.
