Die Bauleistungen umfassen den gesamten Austausch der Fenster- und Fassadenkonstruktion eines denkmalgeschützten Verwaltungsgebäudes der Stadt Dortmund. Die vorhandenen Aluminiumfenster sowie die Muschelkalkfassade sind zu demontieren, zu entsorgen und durch neue Aluminiumfenster mit außenliegendem Sonnenschutz und eine vorgehängte, hinterlüftete Natursteinfassade zu ersetzen. Im Einzelnen sind ca. 628 Einzelfenster (bxh: 1,60x2,00m), die Metallunterkonstruktion aus Edelstahl, die Wärmedämmung aus Mineralwolle sowie die Fassadenbekleidung aus Muschelkalkplatten 40 mm zu liefern und fachgerecht zu montieren. Die Fassadenfläche beträgt in Summe ca. 4000 m². In Teilbereichen kommen Sonderfensterkonstruktionen wie Pfosten/Riegelkonstruktionen und Fensterbänder zur Ausführung. Die Belange des Denkmalschutzes sind zu beachten und umzusetzen.
