Przedmiotem zamówienia jest świadczenie usług badań diagnostycznych morskich srodków bojowych, mających na celu ocenę stanu technicznego morskich środków bojowych (mśb) i ich elementów oraz prognoza jego utrzymania na podstawie badań własności i procesów fizyko - chemicznych mających wpływ na bezpieczeństwo i niezawodność działania podczas eksploatacji po upływie gwarantowanego okresu przydatności technicznej producenta (GOPT) lub okresu przydatności technicznej (OPT) określonego po badaniach diagnostycznych. 2. Szczegóły dotyczące przedmiotu zamówienia i kryteriów oceny ofert zostaną zamieszczone w Specyfikacji Warunków Zamówienia (SWZ), która wraz z opisem przedmiotu zamówienia oraz projektowanymi postanowieniami umowy ramowej i realizacyjnej zostanie przekazana Wykonawcom zaproszonym do składania ofert.
