Original TED description
Im Wege eines Rahmenvertrags für eine maximale Laufzeit von sechs Jahren ab Vertragsschluss (geplant ab September 2026) soll ein Unternehmen beauftragt werden, den Fachkongress für die Sozialwirtschaft des Staatsministeriums für Familie, Arbeit und Soziales (StMAS) in den kommenden Jahren zu planen und durchzuführen. Der Rahmenvertrag soll einseitig verbindlich ausgestaltet werden, d.h. dass sich der Auftragnehmer einseitig gegenüber dem Auftraggeber verpflichtet, die vertraglich festgelegten Leistungen auf Abruf zu erbringen. Die Vorhabensbeschreibung im Einzelnen ergibt sich aus der Leistungsbeschreibung.
