Gebäudeautomation Inselbereich "Henne-Kaserne Erfurt" # Es handelt sich bei dieser Ausschreibung um einen Gebäudeautomations-Rahmenvertrag nach zentraler Dienstvorschrift der Bundeswehr. # Dieser Rahmenvertrag soll dazu dienen, - für alle neu zu errichtenden Anlagen der Gebäudeautomation, - für eine mögliche Migration des vorhandenen Systems, - für die Neustrukturierung des Kommunikationsbusses GA sowie - für alle Um- und Erweiterungen an der vorhandenen Automationstechnik eine langfristige vertragliche Regelung zu erzielen, auf deren Grundlage alle während der Vertragslaufzeit zu erbringenden Leistungen des Auftragnehmers GA beauftragt werden können. # Der Rahmenvertrag gilt für den Inselbereich "Henne-Kaserne, Erfurt" mit der Henne-Kaserne, der Löberfeld-Kaserne und dem BwDLZ in der Thälmannstraße, Erfurt. # In allen 3 Liegenschaften sind insgesamt ca. 12.000 Datenpunkte vorhanden. Die Leistung umfasst: - Ausbau der Feldebene mit Sensoren und Aktoren - ca. 110.000 lfdm. Kabel und Leitungen - ca. 115 Stck. bestückte Schaltschränke verschiedener Größen - ca. 88 Stck. Automationsstationen - 1 Stck. Inselzentrale - Demontagearbeiten - Messungen und vollständige Dokumentation # Der Auftraggeber behält sich vor, auf das Erstangebot den Zuschlag zu erteilen.
