Předmětem veřejné zakázky je vybudování nového bloku dvou Internátů B3 a B4 (SO 01), včetně potřebné infrastruktury za účelem zvýšení lůžkové kapacity v areálu kasáren Jana Babáka v Brně. Součástí akce je dále vybudování Zázemí pro venkovní sportoviště (SO 02), Vrátnice (SO 03) a Házeliště granátů (SO 04). Všechny objekty jsou novostavby a jsou umístěny v areálu.
