Für das Niedersächsische Ministerium für Soziales, Arbeit, Gesundheit und Gleichstellung (MS), soll eine wissenschaftliche Studie zur Evaluation und Weiterentwicklung der sozialen Beratungslandschaft in Niedersachsen erstellt werden. Für die Beschaffung stehen Haushaltmittel in Höhe von maximal 300.000,00 EUR netto (ohne Umsatzsteuer) zur Verfügung. Angebote, die diesen Betrag überschreiten, können nicht berücksichtigt werden und werden von der weiteren Wertung ausgeschlossen.
