Le marché porte sur des prestations d'accueil, de qualité d'accueil, d'information, d'orientation, de présence en espace culturel, d'accompagnement des publics et de gestion des flux dans les espaces accueillant des oeuvres du Musée de la Romanité. Il ne constitue pas un marché de sécurité privée, de gardiennage, de sûreté ou de sécurité incendie. Les agents pourront contribuer, dans le cadre des procédures transmises par le Musée, à l'orientation des publics et à la fluidité des cheminements, notamment en cas de forte affluence ou de consignes particulières, sans se substituer aux personnels ou dispositifs habilités en matière de sécurité des biens et des personnes. Une période de préparation / tuilage est prévue avant le démarrage opérationnel afin de permettre la reprise éventuelle du personnel, la formation des agents et l'appropriation des procédures du site
