El contrato que se pretende tramitar tiene por objeto definir las prestaciones integrales y establecer las condiciones técnicas del servicio de reserva y ocupación de 20 plazas de acogimiento residencial especializado para la atención integral de niños, niñas y adolescentes sujetos a medidas de protección cuya guarda se ejerce por parte de la Comunidad Autónoma de La Rioja, que se ubicarán en el recurso residencial aportado por el contratista, con capacidad máxima de conformidad con las condiciones y prestaciones exigidas en el Pliego de Prescripciones Técnicas. El servicio objeto de prestación se realizará en horario ininterrumpido, las 24 horas del día, los 365 días del año (366 si el año es bisiesto).
