Predmetom zákazky je realizácia stavebných prác v rámci projektu „Etnografické múzeum v Martine“. Cieľom rekonštrukcie je zlepšenie technického stavu objektu, zvýšenie jeho energetickej efektívnosti a predĺženie životnosti pri zachovaní jeho pamiatkovej hodnoty. Predmet zákazky zahŕňa stavebné úpravy, najmä obnovu fasády, obnovu, výmenu a repasovanie výplní otvorov a rekonštrukciu strešného plášťa vrátane zateplenia. Špecifickú a technicky náročnú časť predmetu zákazky tvoria práce na oceľových a kovových konštrukciách – najmä repasácia pôvodných oceľových okien a dverí vrátane opráv trhlín zváraním vláknovým laserom (s následnou kontrolou kapilárnou skúškou), obnova presklenej oceľovo-sklenenej strechy vrátane statického zosilnenia nosných oceľových väzníkov a obnova zámočníckych a klampiarskych výrobkov. Súčasťou predmetu zákazky je aj zriadenie bezbariérového prístupu formou exteriérovej oceľovej rampy. Predmet zákazky ďalej zahŕňa rekonštrukciu technických zariadení budovy, najmä rozvodov zdravotechniky, vykurovania a vzduchotechniky, ako aj rekonštrukciu a modernizáciu elektroinštalácie vrátane osvetlenia, bleskozvodu a systémov merania a regulácie.
