De opdracht betreft het verwijderen van graffiti, stickers, posters en vergelijkbare vervuiling van diverse gemeentelijke objecten binnen de gemeente Zwolle. Het gaat onder meer om tunnels, bruggen, rioolgemalen, buitenopstellingkasten, verkeersregelinstallaties, beschoeiingen, geluidschermen, parkeergarages, artistieke kunstobjecten en overige gemeentelijke eigendommen. Daarnaast kan de opdracht betrekking hebben op het reinigen van vervuiling door natuurlijke aanslag of bewuste vervuiling. Ter indicatie gaat het om circa 1000 graffiti per jaar.
