Predmet javnega razpisa je »Dograditev SN stikališč v RTP Litija, RTP Vrhnika in RTP Potoška vas. V okviru investicijskega plana je predvidena dograditev 20 kV celic. Dogradile se bodo 20 kV vodne celice istega proizvajalca (TSN) kot so obstoječe na objektih RTP 110/20 kV Vrhnika, RTP 110/20 kV Litija in RTP 110/20 kV Potoška vas. V okviru dograditve se predvideva dobava in montaža 20 kV celic vključno s sekundarno opremo ter vključitev dograjenih celic v obstoječi sistem vodenja in zaščite. Dela se bodo izvajala v več etapah, da se lahko dograjene celice vklopijo v obstoječ sistem oziroma posamezni sektor RTP-ja. Natančen opis, obseg in način izvajanja je sicer razviden iz tehničnih razpisnih pogojev (poglavje št. 4 dokumentacije v zvezi z oddajo javnega naročila).
