GMH | Gebäudemanagement Hamburg GmbH ist Partner für das Management kommunaler Immobilien in Hamburg. GMH baut, saniert und bewirtschaftet Schulbauten im Hamburger Süden, entwickelt und realisiert kommunale Bauten der Stadt Hamburg. Im Auftrag der BWFGB (Behörde für Wissenschaft, Forschung, Gleichstellung und Bezirke) wurde eine Bestandsuntersuchung aller Hochschulobjekte vorgenommenen. Ziel war es, den dringendsten Instandsetzungsbedarf und Soll-Zustand je Objekt zu bestimmen, um eine weitere Nutzung unmittelbar zu gewährleisten. Im Ergebnis daraus wurden Sofortmaßnahmen herausgearbeitet. Eine dieser Maßnahmen ist das hier beschriebene Projekt. Im Weiteren siehe Ziffer 5.1
