Nabídky budou hodnoceny podle jejich ekonomické výhodnosti. V souladu s § 114 odst. 2 ZZVZ bude ekonomická výhodnost nabídek hodnocena podle jediného kritéria hodnocení, a to podle nejnižší nabídkové ceny. Hodnocení nabídek provede komise v souladu s § 115 zákona. Komise stanoví pořadí nabídek podle výše celkové nabídkové ceny v Kč bez DPH uvedené v příloze č. 2 Smlouvy (Jednotkový ceník) od nejnižší (1. v pořadí = ekonomicky nejvýhodnější) po nejvyšší (nejméně výhodnou). Komise zároveň u ekonomicky nejvýhodnější nabídky posoudí nabídkovou cenu podle § 113 zákona.
