Предметът на възлаганата обществена поръчка включва издаване, предоставяне и периодично зареждане на ваучери за храна на електронен носител (карта) по чл. 209а, ал. 1 от Закона за корпоративното подоходно облагане, които да се ползват в ресторанти, заведения за бързо обслужване и обекти за търговия с храни, включително магазини за хранителни стоки, супермаркети, хипермаркети и други, осъществяващи дейност в съответствие с изискванията на Закона за храните, с които операторът (Изпълнителят) има сключени договори за обслужване.
