Die Anlage soll ohne festen Stromanschluss betrieben werden können und eine dauerhafte Verfügbarkeit gewährleisten. Darüber hinaus ist als Bestandteil des Leistungsumfangs die Vorhaltung eines semi-stationären Messanhängers vorzusehen, der bei Bedarf als Übergangs-, Ersatz- oder Überbrückungssystem eingesetzt werden kann. Hierdurch soll die durchgehende Möglichkeit der Geschwindigkeitsüberwachung auch bei Ausfällen, Wartungsarbeiten, technischen Störungen, Umbau- oder Modernisierungsmaßnahmen der stationären Anlage sichergestellt werden.
