Bei Erfüllung aller Voraussetzungen in Bezug auf Leistungsfähigkeit und Qualifikation des Bieters, wird der Zuschlag auf das wirtschaftlichste Angebot erteilt.
Im Rahmen der Ausschreibung werden zur Beurteilung der Wirtschaftlichkeit des Angebotes folgende Positionen vom Bieter angefragt: 1. Zuschlag zum Basishonorar im Rahmen der Honorarspannen der zutreffenden Honorartafeln in %. Hierbei entspricht ein Zuschlag von 0% dem Mindest-Basishonorar und ein Zuschlag von 100% dem oberen Honorarsatz. 2. Umbau- und Modernisierungszuschlag in % als Zuschlag zum Basishonorar. 3. Angabe der Nebenkosten in % als Zuschlag zum ermittelten Honorar. 4. Ggf. Angabe der Honorare für besondere Leistungen außerhalb der Grundleistungen der Leistungsbilder der HOAI 5. Stundenlohnarbeiten Auftragnehmer und Mitarbeiter für unerfasste Tätigkeiten nach gesonderter Beauftragung durch den Auftraggeber.
