Předmětem hodnocení je celková kupní cena v Kč bez DPH stanovená v souladu s čl. 6 Zadávací dokumentace (tj. celková kupní cena uvedená v příloze č. 4 Formuláře nabídky). Jako výhodnější bude hodnocena nabídka toho dodavatele, jímž nabízená nabídková cena bez DPH bude nižší oproti nabídkovým cenám bez DPH nabízeným ostatními dodavateli. Za ekonomicky nejvýhodnější bude považována nabídka dodavatele s nejnižší nabídkovou cenou bez DPH. Jednotlivé nabídky budou seřazeny v sestupném pořadí podle výše nabídkové ceny ve smyslu předchozích odstavců od nabídky s nejnižší nabídkovou cenou, která bude první v pořadí, až k nabídce s nejvyšší nabídkovou cenou, která bude uvedena jako poslední v pořadí.

Předmět plnění veřejné zakázky spočívá a) v dodání 5 kusů serverů technologie SPARC v konfiguraci splňující parametry dle přílohy č. 2 Smlouvy, včetně poskytnutí licence k software (ať již firmware či jiného) a poskytování záručního servisu b) v instalaci a integraci dodaných serverů do prostředí Zadavatele, které je podrobně popsáno v příloze č. 5 Smlouvy c) v migraci všech (99 ks) virtuálních serverů Solaris. Podrobné vymezení předmětu veřejné zakázky v podrobnostech nezbytných pro zpracování nabídky je uvedeno ve Smlouvě a jejích přílohách.
