Předmětem veřejné zakázky je dodávka nového gastronomického vybavení včetně systému řízení a optimalizace energetické zátěže (gastronomické technologie) pro gastronomický provoz na detašovaném pracovišti praktické výuky Střední školy gastronomie a služeb, Přerov na adrese nábřeží Protifašistických bojovníků č. 21, Přerov, místní název: restaurace Bečva. Dodávkou nového gastronomického vybavení dojde k min. úspoře 30 % primární energie z neobnovitelných zdrojů oproti původnímu stavu. Maximální výrobní kapacita hlavní kuchyně bude 500 jídel a restaurační kuchyně 100 jídel.
