Single lot covering modernization of the 22 kV and 110 kV connection/distribution system for ČEZ Distribuce requirements. Scope includes replacement of the existing 50 MVA oil transformer T4 with a new 63 MVA transformer, upgrades on 110 kV lines, new measuring transformers, distance protections and metering switchboards, reconstruction of the 22 kV switchgear area, new electrical protections and power quality analyzers, strengthening of the existing transformer loading, and adaptation of the control/regulation system. Předmět veřejné zakázky zahrnuje soubor plnění, jehož cílem je úprava připojení k distribuční soustavě podle požadavků společnosti ČEZ Distribuce, a.s., zejména (i) výměna stávajícího olejového transformátoru T4 (50 MVA, 110/22 kV) za nový, výkonnější transformátor o výkonu 63 MVA, (ii) úpravy na linkách 110 kV včetně výměny indukčních kombinovaných měřících transformátorů za nové a včetně instalace nových distančních ochran a nových rozvaděčů pro fakturační a bilanční měření, (iii) rekonstrukce v rozvodně 22 kV včetně úpravy vývodů transformátorů v kobkách, instalace nových elektrických ochran a analyzátorů kvality sítě a zesílení proudového zatížení stávajícího transformátoru T4, a (iv) úprava řídícího a regulačního systému včetně napojení nových komponent do stávajícího řídícího systému rozvodem, zajištění vizualizace a doplnění automatického přepínání odboček transformátorů pro plynulou regulaci napětí. Plnění bude realizováno metodou Design & Build. Veřejná zakázka je jedním z plnění v rámci komplexního projektu dekarbonizace teplárny Karviná.
