Die Berliner Stadtgüter GmbH plant die Einführung eines neuen ERP-Liegenschafts-Management-System zur Ablösung ihres Bestandssystems. Mit dem Projekt verfolgt die Auftraggeberin folgende Ziele: - Ablösung des bestehenden ERP-LMS-Altsystems bis spätestens 01.01.2028, - Einführung einer modernen, ERP-LMS-Standardlösung, - durchgängige Unterstützung der Kern- und Unterstützungsprozesse in den Bereichen Finanz- und Rechnungswesen, Liegenschafts- und Immobilienmanagement inkl. Geoinformation (GIS) und Architektursicht (CAD/BIM), Management von Natur & Umwelt- / Kompensationsmaßnahmen, - Reduktion manueller Tätigkeiten und Medienbrüche, - Verbesserung der Datenqualität, Transparenz und Auswertbarkeit, - Schaffung einer stabilen Basis für weitere Digitalisierungsschritte (z. B. Portale, mobile Anwendungen). Im Projektumfang enthalten sind insbesondere: - Konzeption, Implementierung und Einführung des neuen ERP-LMS-Systems, - Abbildung der relevanten Fachprozesse gemäß Anforderungskatalog, - Realisierung der erforderlichen Schnittstellen zu Drittsystemen, - Migration der relevanten Daten aus dem Altsystem, - Schulung und Unterstützung der Anwender beim Übergang in den Produktivbetrieb, - Betrieb der Lösung (Cloud-basierte Lösung, Server- und Speicherstandort innerhalb Deutschlands bzw. der EU).
