Der 2. BA der Förderschule 53 (Comeniusschule) beinhaltet die brandschutztechnische Ertüchtigung und umfangreiche Sanierung des Bestandsgebäudes (inkl. Erneuerung aller Sanitärbereiche, Ersatz von Bodenbelägen, Malern aller Wände) sowie die Errichtung eines Erweiterungsbaus an der nord-westlichen Giebelseite des Gebäudes. Die Grundfläche des viergeschossigen Ensembles beträgt etwa 65,0 m x 16,5 m. Folgende Leistungen sind zu erbringen: - 60 m² neues Stabparkett einbauen - Reinigung, Abschleifen und Oberflächenbehandlung von 865 m² Bestandsparkett - Anpassungsarbeiten an vorhandenes Parkett.
