Naručitelj kao necjenovni kriterij određuje cestovnu udaljenost laboratorija u kojem će se izvršavati usluga analize uzoraka biološkog materijala od sjedišta Naručitelja u Zagrebu. Veći broj bodova dodjeljuje se ponudi s manjom cestovnom udaljenošću laboratorija od sjedišta Naručitelja. Maksimalan broj bodova po ovom kriteriju iznosi 20 bodova. Cestovna udaljenost utvrđivat će se putem aplikacije Google Maps (udaljenost automobilom) između sjedišta Naručitelja i lokacije laboratorija navedene u ponudi.
