Fontys wil een Raamovereenkomst sluiten met één Opdrachtnemer voor de levering en distributie van eindejaarsgeschenken voor haar medewerkers. De opdracht bestaat uit het beschikbaar stellen en beheren van een online bestelomgeving (webshop) in de huisstijl van Fontys. Via deze webshop krijgen medewerkers de mogelijkheid om binnen een vastgesteld budget een eindejaarsgeschenk naar keuze te selecteren. Voor 2026 wordt de opdrachtwaarde geraamd op €250.000,- inclusief btw. Deze raming is gebaseerd op circa 5.000 medewerkers die elk een eindejaarsgeschenk mogen uitkiezen ter waarde van €50,-. Gelet op de eisen vanuit de Aanbestedingswet dient de maximale opdrachtwaarde voor Raamovereenkomsten bij de Aanbesteding te worden vermeld. Om voldoende ruimte te bieden voor mogelijke groei van het aantal medewerkers, wijzigingen in het beschikbare budget per medewerker en andere ontwikkelingen gedurende de looptijd van de Raamovereenkomst, hanteert Fontys voor de gehele looptijd van de Raamovereenkomst een maximale opdrachtwaarde van € 1.500.000,- inclusief btw
