Original TED description
L'accord cadre pour objet la fourniture et la gestion des titres restaurants sous la forme d'une carte dématérialisée. La durée de l'accord cadre est comprise entre le 1er janvier 2027 et le 31 décembre 2027. Les prestations démarreront au 1er janvier 2027. Néanmoins une période de préparation sera mise en place entre la date de notification et la date de commencement du marché. Toutefois, au cas où la notification de l'accord cadre ne pourrait intervenir avant la date du 1er janvier 2027, la prise d'effet de cet accord cadre serait alors différée à la date de notification du dit accord cadre aux titulaires. Il s'exécutera par l'émission de bons de commande au fur et à mesure des besoins exprimés par le maître d'ouvrage. Chaque bon de commande correspondra à l'approvisionnement mensuel des cartes des salariés
