Cena za likvidaci 1 tuny stavebního odpadu obsahujícího azbest zahrnuje veškeré činnosti potřebné k odstranění odpadu v souladu s platnou legislativou, zejména: - manipulaci vč. zajištění mobilní váhy a monitoringu a zabezpečení místa plnění, - balení, v případě použití této technologie, - ochranná opatření, - naložení, - odvoz/přepravu, - uložení na zvolené skládce, - odstranění/odvoz/uložení na skládku ochranného materiálu, kterým je odpad zabezpečen (folie, geotextilie) - veškeré další činnosti nutné pro odstranění odpadu v souladu s platnou legislativou.

Předmětem veřejné zakázky je zajištění veškerých činností souvisejících s manipulací, nakládkou, balením, přepravou a předáním odpadu osobě oprávněné k odstranění stavebního odpadu kontaminovaného azbestem. Odpad se nachází na pozemcích: p. č. 346/38, p. č. 846, p. č. 847, p. č. 848, p. č. 849, p. č. 346/15 v katastrálním území a obci Sokolov. Na místech plnění je vyloučena jakákoli jiná manipulace s odpadem, než je jeho naložení, případně zabalení a odvoz.
