Constituye el objeto del presente contrato la prestación, en régimen de explotación unitaria, de los servicios de gestión integral del punto limpio municipal de Valdetorres de Jarama, que comprende la recogida, el transporte y la entrega a gestor autorizado de los residuos depositados en la instalación, los servicios complementarios de recogida funcionalmente vinculados a aquella y la dotación del personal adscrito a su gestión, de manera que el adjudicatario asuma de forma íntegra y coordinada la atención del referido equipamiento y del ciclo de los residuos en él gestionados.
