Předmětem plnění veřejné zakázky je zhotovení stavby č. 43496 P+R DEPO Hostivař, na základě projektové dokumentace ve stupni dokumentace pro výběr zhotovitele (DVZ) zpracované společností METROPROJEKT a.s. se sídlem Argentinská 1621/36, 170 00 Praha 7, IČO: 452 71 895. Stavba P+R je v prostoru DEPO Hostivař při ulici Černokostelecká a Sazečská. Objekt je situován v krátkých docházkových vazbách na stanici metra trasy „A“ Depo Hostivař a také navazující zastávky autobusové a tramvajové dopravy MHD a regionálního systému PID. Parkovací dům je navržen jako sedmipodlažní dvojtrakt s polorampovým uspořádáním vnitřních ramp, znamenající posunutí úrovně obou traktů o polovinu výšky podlaží.
