Le présent appel d’offres a pour but de sélectionner une entreprise totale pour la construction d’un Hangar Car Postal à Thierrens. La mise en concurrence est organisée en procédure ouverte pour entreprise totale. Il s’agit d’une procédure soumise aux dispositions légales et règlementaires des marchés publics ainsi qu’aux traités internationaux. Le projet prévoit la construction d’une halle destinée au stationnement des véhicules avec des installations d’électromobilité et des locaux sociaux. L’objectif est la réalisation du projet dans les meilleurs délais, au meilleur coût, avec une livraison « clé en main » conforme au permis octroyé.
