Das Citymanagement umfasst die nachfolgend beschriebenen Kernaufgaben. Die Aufzählung ist nicht abschließend. Die Tätigkeit des Citymanagements erfordert es ihrer Natur nach, flexibel auf sich verändernde Rahmenbedingungen, Bedarfe und Gelegenheiten vor Ort zu reagieren, um die übergeordneten Aufgabenziele zu erreichen. Weitere Einzeltätigkeiten können sich daher im Rahmen der jährlichen Zielvereinbarung (vgl. § 5 Abs. 2 des Beratervertrags) ergeben, soweit sie dem Gegenstand und Zweck des Citymanagements entsprechen. - Ansprechpartner im Sanierungsgebiet - Begleitung und Kommunikation im Sanierungsprozess - Akquise von Fördermitteln - Aufbau und Betreuung des Verfügungsfonds - Entwicklung und Attraktivitätssteigerung des Gewerbestandorts Innenstadt - Öffentlichkeits- und Pressearbeit - Kommunikation und Berichtswesen Die einzelnen Leistungen sind der Leistungsbeschreibung (Teil B der Vergabeunterlagen) und dem Beratervertrag (Teil C der Vergabeunterlagen) zu entnehmen.
