Ofertantul va primi: - 3 puncte, dacă ofertantul are în flota proprie (proprietate/ leasing /închiriere) minim 1 autovehicul electric/ hibrid. - 0 puncte, daca ofertantul nu are în flota proprie (proprietate/ leasing /închiriere autovehicule electrice / hibride. Neprezentarea documentelor implică automat atribuirea de 0 (zero) puncte.
