Käesoleva hankelepingu esemeks on hübriidtoitega autonoomsete akustiliste hülgepeletite arendamine, valmistamine ja tehnilise valmisoleku tagamine katsete läbi viimiseks kogu uuringu perioodil vastavalt HD lisas 1 esitatud tehnilisele kirjeldusele. Hankeleping jõustub sõlmimisel ja kehtib 32 (kolmkümmend kaks) kuud. Hülgepeletid peavad olema valmis välitöödel kasutamiseks hiljemalt 3 (kolm) kuud pärast hankelepingu sõlmimist.
